Tests results on my development machines:

Platform Flutter stable 3.7.12 Flutter beta 3.10.0-1.x.pre
macos PASSED FAILED due to Flutter issue
windows PASSED PASSED
linux Not yet supported PASSED

Faster meta stories reload

- does not use source_gen which resolves too much of the element
  tree which is slow
- only resolve what's needed
