The accelerator detection is still failing, as we don't have those directories yet (we only have EESSI + EB for the CPU targets).

The hooks CI is failing due to #39 not being merged yet (but it is deployed already).

@ocaisa I've disabled the failing 2025.06 CI workflows for now. I'll open another PR after this one is merged where they get enabled again, so we don't forget about them and can look into fixing them.

#48 enables the failing ones.
