fixes #11

Ce que ça fait:

  • Crée des services pour faire les call API concernants les genres, movies et les tv
  • Appel des services écris précédement pour populer notre BDD avec les fixtures
  • Crée une commade app:feed-db qui appel les services écris pour populer encore plus notre BDD en évitant les élement rondendants
