This branch adds the capability to select a model reference dataset not only based on dataset (model) name but also on experiment. This is a flexibility which is needed if the tool is to be used to plot changes between for example a historical and a scenario run of the same model.
The new parameter
reference_expis optional and can be omitted when not needed.This capability has been added to all three tools doing blocking, regimes and EOFs.
