Description
This updates our circleci configuration in line with discussions from the CI summit. Compare with ESMValGroup/ESMValCore#1351.
This includes removal of the obsolete jobs conda_build and ncl_cdo_test, improved naming of the jobs, and uploading of log artifacts that were missing in the test_installation_from_conda job.
