Description
Just like in ESMValGroup/ESMValCore#1526 I am adding a functional Github Actions test badge (here it's tracking the test in full development mode - I can change it/add other test badges). Adding a GA test badge is very simple to create: simply go to the Actions tab, click on the test you want to create a badge for on the left side, where all the available (and active) tests are, then three dots on the right side, and select Create Badge, copy the Markdown text and plop it in the README - voila!
