The Show-ProgressBar function in the BISF.psm1 global module causes scripts such as the OS and Office rearm to hang when using MDT. This has been a long term bug that I have only just worked through and located the issue. The function just checks for the running process, which is cscript.exe. However, in MDT cscript.exe is already running the ZTIApplications.wsf script. Therefore the Show-ProgressBar function never ends. For the moment I've changed the code so that it works for me...
