Set-BISFPreparationState -RebootRequired does not work

Describe the bug
I'm running a custom preparation script which may need a reboot. If the script needs a reboot it calls Set-BISFPreparationState -RebootRequired
BIS-F seems to not use the preparation state in any function. There is no scheduled task created as well.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Call Set-BISFPreparationState -RebootRequired in a custom script.

Expected behavior
BIS-F should do a reboot while preparation and then proceed afterwards. (
