Remove the grace period time bomb after all other actions #388

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The grace period timebomb is removed before the .net optimizations run.
This leaves time for the timebomb to be created again in the registry.
It would be better to remove the timebomb after all other actions.

Timebomb to be removed as last action before sealing the image.
