[Feature request]: Make the Windows Defender scan optional

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Windows Defender Scan seems to add around an extra hour (ish) within our environment.
If a version could be provided that has the option to turn off the Windows Defender scan, that would be great to save time during script runs for our engineers.

I am handy with PowerShell and I have tried to create my own version without the Defender Scan running

This issue can be closed. Use local group policy editor to disable the Antivirus scan.
