Summary
Updated 10_PersBISF_AV-SEP.ps1 and 10_PrepBISF_AV-SEP.ps1 to support newer versions of SEP.
This PR fixes/implements the following bugs/features
BISF unable to properly close down image with newer versions of SEP.
