Unabele install phpMyAdmin

I have some issue with installing phpMyAdmin, on Debian 7 (DigitalOcean). it said Unable To Download phpMyAdmin and when I install using ee system install phpmyadmin it only shown nothing whe I access phpMyAdmin

@maxsinus Its because of cihar.com mirror is not updated with phpMyAdmin.

@maxsinus We changed phpMyAdmin download location

Fixed in latest EasyEngine v1.3.8
