Omniscience v1.1.0 for Minecraft 1.8

Release note:

• According to the investigation done, 1.8 servers send no packets of data about players in spectator mode to clients in other game modes. Due to this, Omniscience is completely unable to allow non-spectator clients to see spectators.

Added unplanned feature:

• Ability to use Highlight-Player keybind when in game modes other than Spectator (normally inaccessible). Check the key bindings settings screen to see which (if any) key is configured by default.
