This patch makes the editor compilable again, and changes the template XML to a version that no longer hangs the editor when loading.

Fixes #96, #98, #99

Change the code so that Map's ID variable is not used.

Changes in mainwindow.cpp are by fdelapena, using the patch
from EasyRPG#96
This template is created from scratch from empty LDB in RM2k.
