[Feature Request] Playtest: Allow Call MapEvent to be called while in fight #3028

Player platform:

Windows, 64 bits continuous build of the Player.

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

While using the playtest mode of EasyRPG while in fight, the option to call a MapEvent is greyed out. While this may seem normal at first glance, it is possible to call common events in fight (something only possible in 2k3 with a command but also available for 2k here), and technically with this when making a game, the ability to call an event present on map. Adding it as an option while in fight could probably be useful if your game uses some commands from events present on map.
