Event movement speed/acceleration is too high #762

This event's movement speed gets increase every few seconds (when the creepy laughing sound is played)
In RPG_RT you can easily walk away, even after a few increments:
In Player, it achieves breakneck speed (using test-play mode to stay out of it's way:

For the devs:
Game: .flow (
Map: 208 → 182 → 139 → 217 → 218 → 219
