There were crashes in the dev console reported originating from a null-ini-file.
I have no idea how that can happen, the app doesnt list games that lack an ini file.
I guess this happens when the ini file got deleted (no idea why anybody does this).
Games without INI Files are now supported and a file is created if necessary. Hopefully this fixes that crash...
Also adds German translation.
