Unify all Move/Turn commands. Use diagonal directions (UpRight..UpLeft).
Refactor Move to use remaining_step. Rewrite UpdateScroll so it doesn't
depend on last_real_x/y (it'll make looping maps easier)
Rewrite all related to jumps to work more accurately
Now it'll go through the exact same path as in RPG_RT. It won't execute
commands not related to movement. It's somewhat more simple.
Remove completly real_x/y and fix a bug with vehicle sprites
