[BUG] r3dfox menu bar bug

Latest r3DFox 143.0b8 hotfix and Windows 10.

When open new window menu bar is still enable even I disable it.

Do you mean confirmed as in fixed or confirming the bug? As far as I know it should be fixed in 144.

It should be fixed, will reopen if not.

uncheck the menu bar and the next time you open the browser, the menu is visible again

As a temporary fix,, you can remove the "DisplayMenuBar": true, line or set it to false in (r3dfox dir)\distribution\policies.json

This appears to be a Mozilla bug since it's supposed to respect the user's choice, but it seems it gets ignored and the menubar is reenabled after the browser is closed and reopened. I'll make a bug report.
