This (hopefully) closes #1295 by adding a link to the Status monitoring website on the default and mobile navigation menus. The mobile menu displays icons, and I tried to use my best judgment when choosing a suitable one for "Status":
network_checkNote that I also took it upon myself to rename two link titles in the menu for consistency with the default/desktop.
If any adjustments should be made, I would be happy to implement and update this PR. Thanks in advance for considering a merge!
