Perfect Foresight: allow to not recompute initial steady-state #83

Currently, the initial steady-state of perfect foresight simulations is determined by using the initial value of the exogenous shock e0, and by computing the matching steady-state (s0, x0). Then, in period 1 when the simulation start, we have s1=s0.

It would be useful to have an option to supply s1 directly.
