Besides Web-Development, I'm doing a lot of Requirement Engineering as well as Software-Projectmanagement.
I strongly believe in the "singe-source-of-truth"-principle, that all information should only be given to the System ONCE and every Dashboard, Memo, etc should be feeded by that source.
To achieve this in my every-day-life, I've built several API-Bots for helping with daily tasks, like Jira/Confluence-Updates, Slack Comments, Data-Management, etc. So far it turned out pretty good, boosting efficency and dropping error-rates.
I also believe, that Kanban is often overlooked, the majority seems to be focused on Scrum, and although I think Scrum is great for Software Development (I'm a certified Scrum Master myself), I often times think, that Kanban would be way easier to implement, especially in business cultures that are trying to adapt to a new digital world, while still achieving remarkable results.
