There is the script scripts/kdb/mount-kde which needs some love.

  • should be updated to use kconfig
  • should be updated to the new Elektra paths we use now
  • (if still relevant) fix problem that there are 3 different stdrc (for contact, notes and calender). Currently mounting fails for the latter two.
  • kdb umount-kde might be handy
  • make it silent (see below)

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

kdb mount-kde

Expected Result

No output except of errors.

Actual Result

Use `-q` or use `kdb set /sw/elektra/kdb/#0/current/quiet 1` to suppress infos.
Note that absolute paths are still relative to their namespace (see `kdb plugin-info resolver`).
Only system+spec mountpoints are actually absolute.

System Information

  • Elektra Version: master
