fatal exception while upgrading from rc3-rc4 #7033

I got an exception saying table not found.

the dbprefix was hardcoded into an upgrade, see
https://github.com/Elgg/Elgg/blob/1.9/engine/lib/upgrades/2014070600-1.9.0_rc.3-river_enabled_col-bef9e6f0533ac338.php#L17-L19

That's funny, no such problem on community.elgg.org upgrade.

Though it won't catch upgrade problems, I suggest the Travis install use an unusual DB prefix like "z_" so we catch any cases like this in the units/installer.
