ALSA: hda - add quirk to detect CD input on Gigabyte EP45-DS3

My CD input got lost in commit 68ef056.
Raymond helped me to add the necessary pin fixup to make it appear again. In
fact, this is basically his patch. It fixes alsa bug #5541.
