Obfuscated file built by CI does not ship all required EXCore classes, resulting in crash on launch.

Continuation of #3.

0.2.0-alpha - Time Variants, 1.12.2

Created skyblock time variants - one variant for each fixed time of day (morning, noon, evening, midnight) and 4 variants each displaying the sky relative to the current time (current, +¼ day, +½ day, +¾ day).
Each is a different block - according to future changes in 1.13.

Updated to Minecraft 1.12.2, MCP, Forge and EXCore alpha 17.

Fixed #4.
Fixed, but should be checked #6.
Likely fixed on my part #5.
