This project is still in an early stage of development, as such it's not yet available in the Play store.
You can download pre-compiled APKs from the release page. Baby Elephant consists of two parts, baby_elephant.apk and baby_elephant_friend.apk. Install baby_elephant.apk on your watch, and baby_elephant_friend.apk on your phone.
