Internal 500 error when entering time #9

hi,

I'm trying to test out the CMI but we receive an internal error when entering time into the system.
We have just intalled the plugin with the default data. We are after that trying to log time against a
task in a project not using the CMI plugin. This will produce the strack trace listed below.
I have also tried to start the plugin for a project but it doesn't help.

Follow the install instructions. The table wich holds hourly costs is empty (steps 3 and 4).
