First release

This release is extremely unfinished and only the pause menu, panel base, and continue screen have been translated. This release was made for the sole purpose of getting this project out there just in case I lose all my files again.

Why is this release called v40.1.1 instead of v40.1? Well it was until I realized the story part didn't work so I did a quick fix, changing the directories which the original developer forgot to do and now the story works again!
