Modulate Sections — Improving updating or editing process for the website

Based on #52
I am thinking about changing how editing/updating content need to be done, should add a way to do it without any headless CMS (Netlify CMS), with _data subfolder, 11ty will convert it into arrays (collections), based on the name of the file

• Modulate Footer Section — footer.json #55
• Modulate Aboutme Section — about.json (expanding) #57
• Modulate Hero Section — overhauling the section #60
• Modulate the contact me page #73
• Modulate Work Section — projects.json (need to be review again)

I don't think I need to convert the njk -based implementation to json -based implementation. It sound good back then, but now I don't think It's anymore
