This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a binding legal agreement between you, the end user, and Enhance That B.V., the provider of the software product (hereafter referred to as the "Plugin"). By installing or using a copy of the Plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement ****

🎁 Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Licensor grants the End-User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single Device.

🔐 Restrictions

The End-User shall not:

1. Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transfer the Software, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
2. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
4. Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights in the Software to any third party.
5. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Software.

🛡️ Warranties

NO WARRANTY: The Plugin is provided "as is," with all faults, defects, and errors, and without warranty of any kind.

By accepting this EULA, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from installing or using the Plugin.

We reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Please consult the most recent version of the EULA at any time to be aware of such modifications.

Your continued use of the Plugin denotes acceptance of these terms.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability
