Hierarchy revision: hill, butte, mesa, mount #20

The relations between these terms, and similar elevations, need to be looked at 
and verified. For example, the def of "butte" notes that it's a hill, but it's 
not a child of "hill", probably because it's not 'rounded' as noted in the def 
of hill.

I've searched for some standards, but have yet to find something conclusive.

"drumlin" has no is_a parent. Could be hill, if hill's def is updated. Noted in 
Issue 19.

Further, 'ranges' of mountains, hills, etc are listed as elevations. This isn't 
strictly true as the ranges themselves may include valleys (depressions) 
relative to some 'normal' elevation. Perhaps make this its own class with 
relevant has_part relations?
