Not a fan of this definition. Confinement seems orthogonal and 'confined' should probably be a quality. Alternatively, we could create a class that would be populated by inference; something like:
'confined agricultural feature' =def. X participant_in some (process and has_quality some agricultural) and has_quality some enclosed

We could create 'enclosed lot', which is easier to defend.
