Which hierarchy should be revised?
geographic feature

Rationale for revision:
Clean-up and definitions required. Perhaps using sources such as USGS:
http://www.usgs.gov/science/science.php?type=feature

How should it be revised?
Definitions added. Categories checked for correct membership (e.g. "watershed" 
moved to "hydrographic feature"). The semantics of fuzzy subclasses like 
"hydrographic feature" (def. "A geographical feature associated with water.") 
discussed. These seem too vague and can describe many children "physiographic 
feature" too.
