Used Chemical_Concentration pattern to add 'concentration of salt in soil' Default pattern file with existing classes was re-creating the classes, so commit contains added class in csv and merged envo-edit.owl

Soil salinity is often evaluated with soil electrical conductivity. Therefore, soil salinity is not really a measurement as the value of soil salinity: low, medium, high, is based on the values of soil electrical conductivity. What would be the best way to represent this? Is it possible to link these two classes?
