Equivalent to: wetness (PATO:0001822) and inheres in some environmental material (ENVO:00010483)

NTR2: wetness of soil
Defn: The wetness of a soil.
Syn: soil moisture
is_a: wetness of environmental material (NTR1)

I'm using 'wetness' based PATO:0001822, and "wetness of ..." to follow the structure of the term 'temperature of air' ENVO:09200001
But please modify the term names and defs as required.

Stick to the DOSDP method. We'll have a UI for it soon.
