A project to organise requests for the multi-omic and microbiome domains. This links to the "envoOmics" subset export of the ontology.

Adding classes and axioms to support the construction of application ontologies for polar systems, with particular focus on microbial environments and the processes therein.

Integration and mapping to the WMO's Cloud Atlas and associated meteor descriptions.

Tasks linked to collaboration with the Agronomy Ontology (https://github.com/AgriculturalSemantics/agro). ENVO will host terms that are of greater scope than (but still of high relevance to) agronomy. Many of these are quite difficult to represent and may require extended discussion.

This project aims to improve ENVO's representation of marine (and to some other aquatic) environments and better align its content to existing standards.

This project, linked to project cloudAtlas, consolidates issues and tasks related to weather and climate representation in ENVO. As always, we appreciate input and critique from all experts in the domain.
