As a result of fixing issue 010, the fixation now flashes between pageloads. This might be a problem we can't overcome, but reporting it anyway.

Overcame problem by changing way Qualtrics Survey interface with Server (asynchronously now). Will be added to next version

For this issue and issue26, the architecture of the QRTEngine was slightly overhauled. Introduced QRTEController object, that will be a top-level 'controller' taking care of requesting the next page and loading it in.
