[spine-ts][canvas] Canvas renderer can't handle scaled texture atlases #956

When ‘Scale’ of ‘Output’ of ‘Texture Packer Settings’ in Spine Export setting is modified, an exported image does not show properly, like the left image above.
If triangleRendering is set to true, an exported image shows properly as the right image above, but I would not use triangleRendering for performance. I’d appreciate it if this issue is fixed.
