[Prism] BP material calculations #52

From following forum bug report : http://evehq.co/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=101

The BP calculator does seems to round parts of the calculation, resulting in a wrong total when running batch (If I got this well)

Notes

The thread about it is pretty big, you may take a look for examples and details about how to reproduce
The factory cost part of the thread should already be fixed

Reproduction steps :

  1. Open Prism
  2. Click on Blueprint Calculator
  3. Look for a Skiff blueprint
  4. Set ME field to 10
  5. Leave TE field empty
  6. Set Production Runs to 3
  7. Save the job
  8. Re-open the job
  9. Fill the field Station ME Bonus with 10
  10. Save the job
  11. Re-open the saved job

Notice

  1. The blank job, values are correct
  2. The first time saved and restored job, values are correct
  3. The second time saved and restored job, values are wrong
    -> Station ME bonus is not restored properly
    -> Restored productions stats are those related to ME10 Factory but based on ME0 which cause issue
