1С форматирует даты в локальном формате, не глядя в настройки системы.
net5+ форматирует даты, опираясь на настройки системы.

В результате, форматирование вида ДЛФ=ДВ, ДЛФ=Д, ДЛФ=ДД и подобные не всегда так, как 1С.

Надо позволить как-то этим управлять из скрипта, если нужен строгий формат. Возможно, пробросить в язык некоторые фичи DateTimeFormatInfo и культур
