Another valuable option is to attach a maker order with an open connection and automatically cancelling the order if the connection is closed. This is a protection layer to make sure that the market maker will not be left with order if the trading bot is down/disconnected

Meaning: if the bot goes offline, xud should cancel the bot's orders. Which is important, because otherwise xud could swap orders on OpenDEX, where the bot is unable to do the counter trade on e.g. Binance for.

Instead of attaching a connection to each and every order (which would allow some very advanced use cases, like using xud manually+bot), I'd suggest to have sth like a "market maker/bot" mode for xud that simply cancels all orders if the connection to the bot is lost. Should make implementation a lot easier. Thoughts? @sangaman
