When a template is edited / saved by a user account which has edit access to the template, but doesn't have access to the template Access and Settings tabs (that is, Manage settings & access is unchecked for this template group in the role settings, under Template group access), the Allowed roles for the template appear to be cleared.

This causes the template, and any related pages, to become inaccessible on the front-end to anyone except a logged-in Super Admin.

Tested in EE6.3.5, but I don't see anything in EE7 update notes which suggests that it's been fixed for EE7. (Assuming this is accepted as a bug, all of the Access and Settings fields should be checked for similar behaviour.)
