Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Once entries are related in a Relationship field, there's no way to quickly identify the status of those entries:

Describe the solution you'd like
A simple colored dot somewhere in the UI to indicate the status of entries in a Relationship field, similar to what Playa offers.
