Description of the problem

Jump To shows channels from every MSM site when using View Entries in or Create Entry in. This causes an issue where an editor may try to view or create an entry on a site they aren't on resulting in an error. Furthermore, if different MSM sites have the same channel names, there's no way to jump to the current's site channel.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use Jump To in a MSM install.

Error Messages

None, it's broken functionality.

Environment Details:

  • Version: 7.2.9
  • PHP Version: 8.2
  • MySQL Version: 5.6
  • OS: Linux
  • Web Server: Apache
