Updating to PRO search ignores encode query preference

If you have a <EE7 site with Low Search installed, and have set the preference to NOT encode the search query, when you update EE to EE7 and Pro search, this preference is ignored, and it's alway set to Yes encode the query, which breaks the search functionality
