Date field options

Hi!
I think EE Date Field needs some improvements:

1. Content editors gets confused all the time with Localized or Fixed. It would be very helpful to have one of these set by default and hide selectors from entry form.

2. Also Date Field needs First day of week setting (maybe in member profile?)

3. And, of course, custom format (just date, without time, for example).
