When using the statistics window

  • order variables better
  • save checked variables
  • display variables
  • display mean and std-dev of parameters

Changed this to:

  • order variables better
  • default check fitted variables and filename/title and page number
  • enable the user to change order with their own ordering string in a separate text window
  • prevent data from being useless (insert "-" when there is no data)

Not doing now (please open a new issue if you want this):

  • showing variables and
  • calculating mean and sd

Worked on Issue #21:
- prevent data from being useless (insert "-" when there is no data)
- started ordering variables
- started default-checking variables

Worked on issue #21:
- default check fitted variables and filename/title and page number
- ordered variables more intuitively

Issue #21:
we wil not enable the user to change order with their own ordering string in a separate text window. This is quite unintuitive because the number of variables may change. I added some kind of "memory" such that the statistics tool does not always forget checked variables.
