  1. ac4 support 

    These changes were based on the ac4 support initially added by Paul B Mahol at https://github.com/richardpl/FFmpeg/tree/ac4. This branch applies those changes to a much newer version of ffmpeg, along with extra changes around remuxing of ac4 audio, and dash decoding of ac4 audio.
