Single Width FMC Template with Low-Pin Count (LPC) connector - Ruggedized Mounting

This repository is managed by FMCHUB. It provides templates for printed circuit boards (PCB) according to ANSI/VITA 57 FPGA Mezzanine Card (FMC) Standard with Altium Designer.

1. General information

The ruggedized form factor of an FMC is typically an conduction cooled module with thermal interfaces. Such an FMC module has up to three different regions, which are specified as follows ([PDF] FMC single width regions): FMC Single width regions Region 3 is mandatory for ruggedized form factors because it is utilized by the primary thermal interface. The primary thermal interface is placed in region 2 and region 3 (front and rear side). The secondary thermal interface is above and below in that regions.

The templates use Lib_Altium for ANSI/VITA 57 FMC modules from FMCHUB
